Ten mandatory mentoring hours.
Every student seen individually.
Every candidate you train logs 10 hours of mentor coaching. In the group hours, no single student gets a rigorous, individual read of their own coaching. We give each of them one objective ICF-marker analysis per hour — and give your program the cohort outcome-evidence schools rarely have.

👇 See the dashboard — book a short demoGroup mentoring is efficient for teaching the model — but it has a structural blind spot. In a group, the mentor's attention is divided by design, so no single student gets a rigorous, personalized read of their own coaching against all 37 PCC markers.
Your candidates finish the 10 hours certified as attended — but the center has no per-student evidence of what each one actually improved. That gap is where candidates fail their eventual submission, and where the program's outcome story goes quiet.
For each of their 10 mandatory mentoring hours, the student's recorded coaching is analyzed against ICF's 8 core competencies + 37 PCC markers:
The group hour teaches the principle; the report tells this student, specifically, where they stand and what to practice next — the individual attention the group format cannot deliver.
On top of everything each student receives, the center gets a layer individuals never see:
It uses ICF's publicly published 8 core competencies + 37 PCC markers — the same official evaluation tool, not one person's subjective feel. Designed and calibrated by Nicolas (ICF PCC · completed ICF's official PCC-Marker Assessor training).
Each marker call gives the verbatim quote + timestamp behind it. You and your students can check every call against the recording — evidence you verify, not a score you take on faith.
In a blind benchmark against ICF's own official PCC-assessor answer keys — 5 official demonstration sessions, 4 held out of calibration, ~510 individual marker judgements — the tool agreed with the official call on ~83% of text-judgeable markers (≈85% under ICF's own "assessors may disagree" convention). Disagreements concentrate exactly where trained human assessors disagree with each other.
Note: markers needing video / tone (nonverbal signals) are excluded; a single blind run varies (74–88% on one session); built on the official ICF instrument — it does not replace, and is not equivalent to, ICF's own certification evaluation.
We price the outcome, not the paperwork: one seat per candidate, covering their whole mandatory mentoring block.
Each student also gets their own personal dashboard — exactly like an individual client. The cohort-level view is the center-only layer.
